I think it will happen before several decades. My guess is since even I can see that food prices will increase, a dollar teetering on real collapse, etc. Everything seems to be culminating together. What if checkmate is proposed soon after this treaty is signed. In 2 years we could all be working for the government.

In the near-collapse of the dollar circa 1979, plans were on the table for Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) which would replace the dollar in international trade. So individual Americans would be forced to trade in a “soft currency” like much of the third world. We averted it then, but who knows now.

Not so sure about the G20 and its influiences on our economies. IMO, there are two major factors that play on our economy. OPEC and its impact on the worlds supply of oil. As the oil prices go up, it effects every aspect of our lives. Pres Carter had the only right answer about controling OPEC, decrease the demand, i,.e. rationing. Sub Prime Lending corrections. The banks created this extreme down turn in our ecoomy. People will lose their homes, no ifs ands or buts… Control Oil prices
