In February 2011, energy contracted Carlton Huxley, a British firm of Legal & Law Enforcement consultants to carry out a review of the situation to determine whether any unauthorized shares in the public domain

Carlton Huxley had communicated with the DTCC and the large brokerage that these shares are traded by letter, fax and e-mail and no one indicated that their unauthorized shares.

Carlton Huxley has contacted hundreds of people who share in energy (BCIT) bought. Correspondence shows that these people have asked their brokers for share certificates, but to date no certificates have been delivered and the reason given, the DTC global lock

Under this facts it is opinion energy source that reasonable grounds to believe not only there no unauthorized certificates in public domain not but many little if any authorized shares certificates circulation.

Energy Source Inc (BCIT) wants to announce it not defunct or bankrupt and remains a Nevada unregistered company 73 shareholders on registry. But there are about another 1500 people who have purchased but not yet received certificates and the company will consider as shareholders and in the process of ratification of their positions over the next few weeks.

The company intends to now go and focus on the acquisition, management and development of operating rights in the gas, oil and mineral sectors. For this purpose the company is currently investigating the feasibility of a number of projects outside the United States.
